Individual Therapy


In my approach of counseling, I incorporate multiple intervention modalities to personalize client experience and growth. My system’s-training and therapeutic approach focuses on providing support with helpful and practical feedback to build on client’s strengths in order to attain the personal growth they identify and commit to accomplishing. In addition to system’s-training, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution-Focused approaches to the individual client’s experience, as appropriate.

My specialties include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, life transitions (including assimilations to new culture), life dissatisfaction, stress management, post-traumatic stress disorder, adjustment to illness and relationship challenges. An individual session is typically 55 minutes.
